diy pudding

我一直以來都沒有很喜歡吃布丁
但是最近因為全家迷上了Jello這個牌子的flan (吃起來類似台灣的統一布丁)
除了Ethan,張家全家大小(包括張媽媽)都喜歡吃,(so it must be good)

最近時間很多,所以只要一有空就會做來吃

做法簡單到不行,
只不過這個牌子的flan目前好像只有在美國的賣場(target,walmart..)有看到,
所以只要到美國就請狂收刮。

依照比例,一盒flan份量需加入2杯牛奶。 先以中溫火將牛奶煮到滾燙。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

等待牛奶滾燙時將附上的焦糖包倒入容器 (怕甜可放半包焦糖)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

牛奶差不多滾的時候即可將flan粉倒入,隨時攪拌

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

等到冷卻後鋪上保鮮膜,放入冷藏一小時後即可食用。
PS: 以上是三盒Flan的份量。

大學這樣讀了四五年幾乎天天經過的一間餐廳
竟然是到了畢業後才去
這也難怪了因為幾乎都是拿晚課嘛
enigma的brunch超有名超好吃 我很愛

After dinner today, Ivy, Victor and i went for gelato on Veneable & Glenn dr.
Holy crap, no one’s every mentioned about this place to me,
but apparently it’s been around for 20 years? (wth?)

anyways, La Casa Gelato is its name.

more than 218 flavors to choose from…

the paintings on the wall kind of freak me out though…

tons of flavors to choose from
and if you love to try new things,
white rice, wasabi. balsamic vinegar, garlic, curry etc.. are all available for purchase
4$ a scoop, 6$ for double, 8$ for triple.
